Dr Tan Yan Yuan is a Family Physician and Designated Workplace Doctor accredited by Ministry of Health Singapore. He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the National University of Singapore (NUS). After graduation, he acquired a broad-based training in Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, Dermatology, Oncology, Occupational Health as well as Aesthetics. He has worked in leading tertiary medical institutions such as Singapore General Hospital, National Cancer Centre Singapore and National Skin Centre as well as leading private aesthetics clinics.

Dr Tan continued his academic pursuit after graduation and obtained his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from NUS. He subsequently graduated with a Distinction in Graduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University, United Kingdom and obtained his Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine from NUS. He has a keen eye for aesthetics and is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Dr Tan currently performs his aesthetics treatment at The Bidadari Clinic.
Dr Tan has a deep desire to leverage on technological advancement to optimise patient care and is a strong advocate of delivering excellent quality, outstanding service and bringing convenience to patients.

Dr Jacqueline Jung graduated from Imperial College School of Medicine, London in 2008 and went on to obtain her Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist, United Kingdom in 2015. She is recognised as a specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist by the Specialist Accreditation Board, Ministry of Health, Singapore.
Prior to leaving for private practice, Dr Jung was a Consultant with the Minimally Invasive Surgery Unit, in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She sub-specialises in advanced minimally invasive (keyhole) surgery for benign gynaecological conditions such as fibroids, ovarian cysts and endometriosis and is a Certified Level 3 ( Advanced Laparoscopy) surgeon.
In addition to her clinical roles, Dr Jung is passionate about teaching, being active in both undergraduate and postgraduate education. She was awarded the Dean’s award for teaching excellence by NUS in 2016.
Dr Jacqueline is currently a visiting consultant and surgical trainer for advanced laparoscopy for doctors in KK Hospital. She is also council member for the Society of Gynaecological Minimally Invasive Surgery Singapore (SGMIS) and continues to be active in organizing local and regional conferences, training workshops and educational forums for minimally invasive surgery.
Dr Jung is a strong advocate for patient careand firmly believes that each and every patient deserves the best when it comes to their health and pregnancy journey. In recognition for her dedication to patient care, she was awarded the Singhealth Quality Service Gold award in 2023 and Star Award in 2024. -

Dr. Michelle Sim graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2013. Dr Michelle is deeply passionate about Children's Health and underwent further training in Paediatrics, obtaining her Post Graduate MRCPCH (Paediatrics) in 2018.
Dr. Sim has a breadth of experience managing children and women's health. She spent most of her years working at Singapore General Hospital and KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She also has experience working in Neonatology, Paediatric Medicine, and Children Emergency Departments.
Dr Michelle Sim is a Family Physician by training and has a breath of experience in primary care. She has been working as a General Practitioner since 2019 and has since obtained her Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM).
Dr Sim feels strongly about serving the community and she aims to provide holistic care and believes in empowering her patients to take active steps towards achieving better health.
Outside of work, she spends her time with her son and fur baby, a black labrador retriever. She enjoys evening walks with them or experimenting new recipes for healthy meals and snacks for them.

Dr Ong graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor Of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). After graduation, he enrolled into the prestigious Internal Medicine Residency program with SingHealth Group and completed his Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine) with National University of Singapore and obtained postgraduate accreditations with the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom.
Dr Ong has vast experience working in various specialties including internal medicine, emergency department, geriatric medicine, dermatology, endocrinology, neurology, cardiology, respiratory medicine, renal medicine and medical oncology.
Dr Ong is passionate about serving the healthcare needs of the community and to develop a long lasting bond with his patients and families. Dr Jerer Lim is a General Practitioner with previous working experience in both public hospitals and several private GP clinics.
After graduating from National University of Singapore - Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (MBBS), he received further training in several surgical specialities including Orthopaedics, General Surgery and Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
He also rotated through General Medicine and Emergency Medicine before deciding to dedicate himself to pursue a career in Family Medicine.
Dr Jerer has a special interest in Sports Medicine, especially sport-related injuries and surgical conditions.

Dr Amos Lee graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He has broad clinical experience across multiple specialties, including Emergency Medicine, Urology, Orthopaedics, Internal Medicine, and General Surgery. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Dr Amos is an accredited Family Physician by the Family Physicians Accreditation Board (FPAB). He has been conferred the Graduate Diploma of Family Medicine (GDFM) by the College of Family Physicians Singapore (CFPS). Dr Amos has extensive experience in primary care during his time in the polyclinic. He provides comprehensive care for patients across all life stages, from newborns and children to older adults. Dr Amos is committed to building long-term, trusted relationships with his patients, offering holistic, personalised medical advice to support their overall health and well-being.
Dr Amos has a strong interest in chronic disease management and preventive care. He is dedicated to empowering patients to take an active role in managing their health as part of the Healthier SG initiative.

Dr Zheng Qing Yu is an experienced General Practitioner with vast working experience in both tertiary hospitals and primary care clinics.
Dr Zheng graduated with a Bachelor in Medical Studies and Doctor of Medicine from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Upon graduation, he underwent rigorous training in multiple tertiary hospitals in both Singapore and Australia.
He has worked in numerous specialties including General Medicine, General Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, General Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. His broad working experience cultivates his interest in pursuing a career in Family Medicine eventually. Dr Zheng has a special interest in acute medicine as well as community psychiatry. He is also currently pursuing further training in Family Medicine.
Dr Zheng strongly believes in wholistic and patient-centred care via effective communication to enhance patients’ understanding of their illnesses, empowering them to participate in managing their own medical conditions. Dr Zheng strives to work beyond the role of a medical practitioner to promote health awareness and enhance medical wellbeing in our community. He looks forward to meeting and taking care of the residents of the West Coast, Clementi and Pasir Panjang estate.
